When working with clients, she adopts an integrative approach based on the principle that interpersonal relationships have a significant impact on a person’s psychological, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral characteristics. For this reason, she developed Strong-for-Life integrative therapeutic interventions with a vision, passion and dedication to provide exceptional restorative interventions for her clients in a supportive, empathic and safe environment.
Her psychotherapy (also known as psycho-educational therapy), focuses on identifying internal and external factors that may affect the client’s thinking, perceptions, mood, and/or behavior, ultimately limiting their ability to cope with life. With this approach, she enables her clients to achieve meaning and purpose in their lives while also facilitating their ongoing self-development.
As part of her services she offers Employer-Employee Assistance Programs (EEAPs), including Power Talks and Workshops on psychology related topics that have proven highly valuable for corporate organizations, events and conferences alike.
